Beautiful job on full highlight and cut! Looks thick and gorgeous. Jessica spent a lot of time on making sure the steps were done correctly.

Jessica was AMAZING!!! She took my curly, sometimes frizzy hair and colored it the perfect color to fit my face, cut it perfectly, and straightened it. She gave a discount on a keratin treatment and it worked like a charm. That says something about her expertise. I have rebooked 5+ times with her. I have a new hair lady!!!

I have to take back my previous comment. I had to go back to fix the toner and my hair is fried. This is going to take forever to get my hair back to normal. Sorry Jessica, I pondered about posting this but I don’t want anyone to go through what I am.

If I could give zero stars I would, I hate to give bad reviews but I don’t want her destroying anyone else’s hair, it’s been four months since my appointment with her and my hair still doesn’t have the thickness it used to have and it’s going to take years to fix.. please don’t let her highlight or bleach your hair, or you won’t have any left

Although Jessica was very great at setting up a time and working around my schedule, she ruined my hair. I went in for highlights and walked out with darker hair. My haircolor was not the worst of my experience, my hair was falling out in clumps as she was brushing through it. I now have breakage and split end all over my hair especially in the front.

She was very late to start - Appointment was 11am and she finally took me in at 1pm. Then she said 2 hours, but 3 hours later she was done. Finally, it cost much more as there were many extra bowls of color that she said was needed. My hair is just a little longer than shoulder length. Very disappointed in this trip.
