Matt listens to what you say and gears workout towards your goals and abilities. Great experience. Heghly recommend and am confident I will achieve my goals of loosing 25lbs here.

Went for my first workout today, and it was all that I expected and more. Helpful, friendly and patient trainer who tailored the workout to my needs and abilities (or lack thereof!) Looking forward to my 8 weeks and achieving excellent results.

This is a serious gym with knowledge and you have to bring your own drive. Not for the once in a while gym experience. Looking forward to changing in the next 8 weeks.

There isn't always someone at the front desk so you have to walk in and look for the trainers who help direct you where to go and what to do.

Go there ready for a great workout with Kettleballs. It was a new experience for me and I loved it. I am sore the day after, but cannot wait to go back!
