I only used it a few times since I didn't feel comfortable with "hot" yoga - there were not that many low heat classes available - I wouldn't join it for that reason. It is a very pleasant, peaceful facility. Staff helpful.

Great type of workout for mind and body. It helps with stretching and the instructors are very knowledgeable and always trying new things. They keep it interesting. I would have recommended it to 4 of my friends who are currently going as well.

I love kneading hands, I have never experience yoga like this before. Very nice and educated staff. I am so relaxes and fulfilled when I leave :)

Hot towel was not ready but massage therapist was very good. I actually booked another appt. but I mistakenly entered the wrong date on my calendar and have to call her for another appt.
