Very nice professional friendly staff clean building

I have never met the NP. I only had one of my 4 visits I paid for. The first time I should up to my appointment the place was closed and another woman was waiting outside. Neither one of us were notified of our appointments being cancelled. Finally had an opportunity to go once since then I have called 5 times to try to make my other appointments and no one every calls me back when I leave a message. Very unprofessional. Would save your money and your time.

Office hrs are not convenient and once I arrived on time, which you sign a form saying if you are more than 15 minutes late you pay $75 to rebook or forfeit your time but the appointment ahead of me arrived 20-25 minutes late and they took her in, there's only one room, and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. Really?

Horrible service I had to wait long
