First let me say, I do believe that the machine and the procedure work. However, this is not a spa or a center, this is an office with a table and a machine. It could have been fine but instead it is completely unorganized, the hours listed on the website and on the application to make a reservation are not actually correct. They are available for few hours at night only and they can only have one person on the table. I am not sure how one is supposed to schedule 2 a week during a reasonable time period. Ideally after the first session they should insist and schedule the rest of your meetings. Very nice people just not sure they are ready to be called a business. Was left waiting multiple times outside the office just waiting for someone, when a simple text or call before I got there would have been the least they could do.

Didn't work for me

I-lipo was supposed to be done by a nurse practitioner. There wasn't a nurse practitioner there. It was done by the receptionist. They were suppose to weigh me, measure me and take my blood pressure. Scale and blood pressure machine was not working. Then they call me and tell me that they don't have the i-lipo machine anymore!

Unprofessional, no 2 appointments were the same. Did not have training or confidence in using the equipment. Will not return, or recommend to others.
