The temperature at Jazz Katz-Back Beat is hot––that goes for the food as well as the music. That's the idea, at least, which is why the club pairs live jazz with Cajun cuisine to forge unforgettable evenings between its shadowy, scarlet walls. The Jazz super club celebrated its grand opening in autumn 2014, with the help of singer Sky Covington, saxophonist Randy Scott, and bassist Pathe Jassi. Its roster will continue to flourish, as will the love customers experience for the authentic Louisiana cuisine.

Jazz Katz has a nice laid back atmosphere The music and food was good I recommend the shrimp gumbo and the 12 mile martini
