This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my daughters hair done. I wish I could have given No Stars. Kay tried to give my daughter knotless braids but she did not know how to install them. I had to pay someone to take them down and re braid in tim for her birthday party. She told me she will make it right by doing my sew in hairstyle on Friday. She only wanted to give me a $20 discount
