It is a great class. The other ladies and instructor were SUPER WELCOMING. I am really out of shape and the class kicked my you-know-what.

Loved his classes so much I bought a yearly pass!! At first I thought I was too uncoordinated to do the class but after just a few I got the steps down and followed very well! He also does a breakdown of the steps at the beginning of each song if there’s new people there so that helps !!
