Everyone is always kind, personable and welcoming. You don't feel as if you're just another appointment. Stylists are excellent! They actually listen to your likes & dislikes BEFORE they start performing their magic.
I came at the end of the night, and they seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. The customer wasn't really their primary focus, and I was not very happy with my haircut. I didn't actually save any money since they wouldn't transfer the coupon towards other services, and I needed a haircut more than a wash and blow-dry. The woman who did my hair was very hasty, the massage and shampoo took about 2 minutes, and wasn't very enjoyable. When she was blow drying my hair, she pulled it really hard. She hardly said 2 words to me the whole time, so I just had to sit there in silence. The stylist clearly didn't like her job, I didn't save any money, my haircut was mediocre at best, and the staff was not very friendly or talkative. It was a huge waste of time and money and I won't be going back.
