Moved here from San Antonio. Drive 40 minutes to get this workout in. Forget all the other ways, Koko is the best!

Love it!!! They make it easy to keep coming. You get a great workout without feeling exhausted or sore. You can feel the burn in the muscle and they really know how to motivate you. My trainer Daniela is wonderful, correcting my form, making sure I don’t get hurt. Treadmill and elliptical are fun for the first time. I would recommend it 100%.

A great system and workout but there prices are very high. I used the workout but never the online meals/dietary info. If they could price each part individually would be more realistic

I wish there was water available for clients. Seems like a pretty inexpensive amenity that would benefit the health of their clientelle.

I am very impressed with all of it! I wish you offered reduced prices for senior citizens and/or couples, the price is a little steep for someone on a fixed income.
