Excellent with my 4 yr old grand daughter. i thought she would just be rolling around on the floor, but they had her on the balance beam, bars, showing her how to do a cartwheel, etc. Very kind, very safe. My grand daughter had a great time. I would definitely recommend Flips beginning program to any parent with small children. .
