Very professional. We had all of our tapes placed on cd's and they turned out great. We used this service for every tape we had and I highly recommend it. Very pleased.

I had a VHS tape from 2000 of my baby girl and a family reunion and it had unwatchable quality. I was very impressed with the quality of product they were able to provide me with. One of the files I was able to email to my sister in Pennsylvania and she watched it and loved it. She will be providing copies to any of my family back East that wants one. When I dropped off the tape she told me two weeks and I got the call next day completed. Very impressed and satisfied.

They were very easy to deal with but I have not tried the dvd's yet .
