I do not like the minimum installation charges. Installation should match the purchases, large or small.

We were there three times and had three very different staff experiences, one of which was downright unpleasant. We were never notified that our order had arrived; had to call in. We would shop there again to buy more of the particular flooring we chose, but not because our experience made us loyal customers.

I went there to purchase flooring for my home bathroom. I wanted the press and stick kind. They showed me that they had some that looked like what I wanted. When I got iti home and started cutting, it was so difficult to cut...not the score and snap like I thought I was gettng. I had to use a saw. Turns out this is industrial flooring. It was terrible to install. I eventually got it done but it was a real fight. Now it says to go over the floor with a 100 lb roller. I can't believe they would sell me something that was so difficult. Where am I suppose to get a 100 lb, roller! They should have told me and helped me.
