It wasn’t very clear about pregnancy planning that I was working towards. With a last ditch check to confirm that I wasn’t pregnant I peeed on a stick before the restrictive calorie intake began. It came up positive only to realize later that I wasn’t pregnant it was the HCG shot. Huge disappointment that I set myself up for. No I wouldn’t recommend this program 2 my friends.
