Love this. such a great workout!
At Spokane Boot Camp, the trainers like to mix it up when giving fitness seekers an effective workout. One 60-minute session might have campers lifting kettlebells, another might have them jumping rope, and still another might have them using their own body weight as they balance on yoga balls. No two workouts are the same, which keeps muscles challenged so they don't start trying to spontaneously do the worm.
