I walked in looking like I was wearing a bad wig on my head. After Shaun gave my hair the attention it so desperately needed, I walked out looking like a "movie star!" Thanks Shaun! You made my day & updated my look! I'll be a returning customer...I can assure you!
Merchant never answered his phone. Left messages and never returned. I want refund.
I showed up the day the lights were out due to a storm. He never called to let me know the situation at the salon. He agreed to only give me a deep condition and a cut and do the rest the next day. Given that many of the other stylist were still cutting hair in the lobby and their was lots of natural light streaming in from the large front windows I agreed. I asked him to please leave the length at the front for a long angled bob. He cut way too much. I lost 10 inches of length as my hair was very long. He said: " I'm a perfectionist and whatever needs to be finished I'll complete tommorrow." After rescheduling twice with me, I thought for certain he would be ready to fix my hair. I text pics of the bad haircut to him and kindly said please fix as I was'nt feeling the haircut at all. It was NOT what I asked for. I actually thought after suffering for 2 days with a bad haircut that he would be ready to do my highlights, and give me a great experience this time. Instead he didn't acknowledge me upon my arrival at the agreed appointment time and then after a long wait he said: "Your already not happy, just get a refund and get out of here!" He takes no responsibility for his actions, he never apologized and he never tried to correct the situation, instead he yelled at me. The salon manager recognized his rude behavior as unprofessional and thankfully took care of me. A new stylist fixed my cut and even told me it was crooked. Posh salon itself is professional and beautiful but that one stylist Shaun Slaughter has a bad attitude and is extremely unprofessional with his customers and lacks accountability.
I made an appointment. Waited 30 minutes. Shaun never showed and never called me back. Waist of money!
