Be more receptive to people that are over 50, maybe evn 40. We usually have the money to tip well for a good cut and service, but not when you are made to feel like you shoould go elsewhere.

I wish the shampooing and environment in general was more relaxing. It was high energy and really distracting, not a place to feel pampered.
