Need more vegetarian lunch special options. Beans need to be cooked in vegetable (or better yet, olive or grapeseed oil), not lard -- which is unhealthy and a sneak attack against vegetarians.

Atmosphere was a stereotypical "Mexican " restaurant with random map, flag, etc on wall of a regular restaurant. Could be spruced up big time. Otherwise good food, good price, good service
