Only negative comment- I had to wait 20 minutes before I was given a new customer form to fill out- 3 people who came before me went in before me. The person who checked me in never asked if I was a new customer & I think they were looking through cards for my records. Wait could have been avoided by asking one question first.

the service itself was awesome, the facial, massage, and back facial. the ambience needs improvement. the music was not working the lighting was too bright the booth curtains are left open ---for anyone walking by or other customers. not enough privacy and quiet. could hear the front door opening and the "doorbell"

Keep up the good work

I was disappointed because I thought I was getting a full body wrap when it was just a part of my upper arms, upper legs and abdomen. Oil was put on me and then I was wrapped with saran wrap.
