Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff was quite knowledgeable. I would like to give negative points for the frame selection. The majority are name brand designers, which are quite expensive.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT! Greeted with hello's and friendly smiles. Check in was quick. Doctor Eric Gericke was friendly very professional. Explained everything thoroughly. He did not rush through the exam. I could tell from past experiences with others he is well educated and experienced as a doctor in his field. I will be returning for contacts soon. Thank you Dr Gericke, Chris, Erin and especially Wixie I drove several miles for my appointment and Wixie stayed over so I could have my glasses before I left.
