First the apparent list of zip codes does not even cover Springfield. Next delivery after I submitted it anyway suspecting a mistake in the zip code listing only lasted for two weeks and then stopped.

Did not read fine print. We exchanged our paper delivery for digital subscription. We do not qualify because the deal is only for new subscribers. We are dropping the paper delivery anyway because it became too expensive, but getting refund for the digital subscription is not an easy task.

Yesterday, I bought the digital edition and redeemed my voucher immediately. In the very next screen, I got confirmation from The News-Leader/Living Social that I had redeemed my voucher correctly. I took a screenshot of the page. I have not been able to access it, yet. I contacted LS, and the CS rep said I hadn't redeemed my voucher. Ha! Then I chatted with The News-Leader, and he said it could take a few days for my subscription (Really? Digital?) to start. He said I would get an email when I could access the digital edition. Should I hold my breath? I think something should be written about how the digital access works if the above is true...that it will take a few days and that I will get an email telling me that I can access the digital edition. As it is, I am left waiting and wondering...Wonder what the process is for a refund from Living Social?

I contacted the News Leader on a couple occasions and thought we had the subscription straight but I never received the true paper copy only digital. I did not want or view the digital, this was not the agreement. I would like a full refund of this purchase price for services not received. Thanks, C.Atkins
