Comfy, clean, well furnished and attractive single classroom.
Various instructor styles and class objectives. Great for tightening muscles and loosening your mind.

I have completed 3 different classes with 3 different instructors now. Class sizes are very small, wide range of experience by attendees, have liked all my instructors thus far. Pretty good selection of class times.

Very pretty studio and nice instructors, plus an interesting assortment of classes. My first class (with Jenny earlier today) was filled with amazing tips for modifications to protect my issue-laden back and i've felt so much better physically and mentally throughout the day since.

Diane, the owner, is a wonderful teacher and has incredible patience. All of the teachers I've met are great, too. The studio is comfortable, intimate, small class size. Reasonably priced.
