The gym could get packed around the usual 4pm time period, but the staff is amazing! And I never had any encounters with weirdos :)

So many machines and not a lot of people when I go work out. It is a great atmosphere

Your 1st time get there air take early to do a tour. Love the juice bar, all the different area'a to work out and all the machines. I like the fact it's not super busy so you can usually get a treadmill and other cardio machines.

I know we all jobs and other priorities, but try to go most of the 30 days. Your body will thank you and you will be in better shape.

the only thing i did not like was that nobody showed me around the gym. i had to look for everything on my own.
