Since it was founded in 2007, BestBus has been focused on customer satisfaction. Each luxury coach bus is designed to help people feel at home while traveling. The modern fleet of buses is equipped with free WiFi and bottled water, well-kept bathrooms, and electrical outlets on every seat.
Most of the roundtrip voyages take place between DC or Virginia and New York City, with convenient pickup locations at Dupont Circle, Union Station, Penn Station in New York, and three Virginia stops. Great bus experience. Convenient pickup and drop-off spots, on-time departure and arrival, working outlets, and they give you a free bottle of water. WiFi is spotty, but that's the case on all these buses.

BestBus is the best company I use to travel to and from NY. Very clean bus and driver is so nice! Will be using them again!

Hands down one of my most favorite bus rides to NY. I opted for the Premiere Bus and it more than exceeded my expectations. Extremely comfortable, reclining seats, super spacious and not congested. I will 100% be exclusively using Best Bus from now on! (This totally sounds sponsored, but it’s not!) 😂

This was the best deal ever, I will definitely be using this all the time. Super comfortable seats, convenient parking area in Manassas, and they have wifi, water and outlets. What more could you ask for?

My first time going to NYC by bus and Best Bus didn't disappoint. I originally booked the trip for March but had to postpone due to weather. From scheduling, rescheduling, check-in and the trip itself was a breeze. I will definitely use Best Bus again. Kudos to the drivers.
