Amazing service. We didn't read the rules so we didn't know we needed to make an appointment, but since we came at a slow time of the day she was able to slip us in. She did a amazing job and we left happy.

If you like your nails done with organic SNS DIPPING POWDER (Zero drying time, no UV light, more than two weeks durable, healthier for nails) I strongly recommend Lee the owner at the Fantastic Nail Spa. They are great, very professional, friendly. They have lots to offer. Organic Dipping Powder is really so much better than the acrylic nail colors. I love my nails and I feel good that they look completely natural. I could not find a nail spa in the Woodbridge are who use Dipping Powder for your nails.

Very friendly staff and a good variety of dipping manicure colors. They have multiple techs trained to do SNS dip manicures and they were accommodating to our late appointment.

The good: reasonable price, friendly service, ample parking The bad: not a lot of colors available in the powder dip manis, application wasn’t great (gap between cuticle and the start of the color)

When I came in I had high hopes because of the initial sign of good customer service, unfortunately once I complained about the end result things turned sour. I initially showed a photo of what I wanted and left with something completely different. One finger is noticeably messed up because she filed the nail color down and it left scratches. I’m disappointed in my service here and won’t return.

The nail technician was nice and had great conversation. I picked a beautiful color although there wasn't much variety in the dips available. I didn't like that my manicure didn't look perfectly fresh afterwards- it looked like it was a week old or so. I also didn't like that I had to wait 10 min when there were 2 free employees. She also cut my cuticle and made it bleed.

Very poor job and lack of service.
