Great service!

Really enjoyed the massage. One of the best that I have ever had. It was relaxing but tension was good to relieve stiffness.

Great deep tissue massage. EXACTLY what I needed.

It was really difficult to book an appointment as they had very limited times available. When I did Get an appointment they gave me the wrong time over the phone and they said I arrived a half hour early. They did not seem very apologetic about this. I think their customer service could be better but overall it was a good experience. The skin specialist was excellent and very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the spa.

Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the phone ringing, people coming and going etc. They do keep the music at a good volume and the spa is not overly busy so the noise is not very distracting

I only have 2 suggustions ... 1. Use more oil when massaging 2. Don't take blanket completely off the client when asking them to flip over (very cold) ... may want to have heating pad for feet. Amazing neck and shoulder massage ... very relaxing.
