Not enough lighting inside. Chicken had too much gristle...what's the point of leaving fat and bone pieces in the chicken. You can't eat it and it's a choking hazard. It seems it's common at asian places, but who cares--it makes no sense. It might be done because it adds fat, i.e. flavor, but that's bad too.
