I was nervous to try CrossFit. My daughter encouraged me to give it a try. Given my experience, I feel I can safely say that if someone wants to try CrossFit, CrossFit Caveman is the perfect place to do it. All of the coaches have been kind, patient, excellent instructors who have focused and worked with each individual in class on proper form and movement. AND, they also push you to do your best, to improve, to work, to expand your limits. It has been a great experience and I would recommend CrossFit Caveman to anyone who wants to get into shape using this workout.
