The nail technicians and owner were very sweet and accomodating, taking care on each aspect of the service. I have a problem sitting for mani or pedi and so would probably not use their services. I would otherwise recommend the company.

The conditions didn't seem very clean, the staff seemed untrained, shouldn't be labeled as a Spa since it is not truly a "spa." Shouldn't be allowed to charge such high rates for what it offers. Overall, not a good experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

The girl who did my manicure was still in high school-she told me West Hill, which makes me believe that she did not have a cosmetology license. I had to tell her to turn her cuticle cutters around because she tried to use them backwards and also showed her how to use the buffer on my own nails. It was a disappointing experience aside from nice lotions being rubbed on my legs.

Need to be more professional by having someone there to always answer the phone. I felt you weren't accessible and poor hours of availability. If you do spa pedicures need proper equiptment. Need employees with more experience. Everyone was very nice, but that's not enough. The whole experience felt unprofessional and inexperienced.....sorry.

Do not call yourselfs a spa.You need to go to a real spa and see the difference. The people who work there are not licensed or trained to touch anyone. Please close down and re-group.

This business is not run with the customer as important. Poorly organized and limited. Did not receive phone calls back quickly, it took days to get back to me. This was the worst Nail Salon experience I ever had. Very frustrating.
