The teachers are excellent. There workout is challenging and stretches you to the limit without going beyond you can do. The studio is comfortable and has all the equipment and accessories you would need.

Kenna was wonderful! Warm, knowledgeable and helpful for me - a beginner! Studio is clean and bright as well. Excited to go back!

I bounce around to different Pilates studios in the Westchester New York area all the way up to Stamford CT. And there are many many excellent instructors. But Natalie holds the highest standard among all of them. After class, she gave me very specific tips for my particular age/ fitness level. Outstanding studio and role model instructor.

Beautiful and clean studio. I have only tried one class so far (Pilates mat) and I really enjoyed it. Great workout and instructor (Kenna), perfect for Toning/stretching. Can’t wait for my next class
