Explain more what ur doing and the benefits of the service. But I had a good first time.
The laser technician was kind and compassionate. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained things well and took the time to educate on the procedure and after care and what to expect. Started calling my friends from the parking lot!
Was not very professional, staff was not friendly - laser lady was ok. After 6 treatments, hair still growing just fine. Went somewhere else seems to be working now.
They didn't take me seriously. Three different people have helped me which I don't like. They cancel appointments a lot.
I had three vela shape appointments scheduled. My first appointment, I arrived five minutes early, and was not seen until an hour and 15 minutes later. They kept telling me that they were having an issue with the machine, etc. I was getting ready to get up to leave, when the woman called my name for my appointment. My first treatment, I kept telling the lady that the light on the machine was burning me, as I squirmed on the table. I figured, I will give them one more try. The second treatment, no problem. The third treatment, I got burnt numerous times w/ pics to prove and I jumped off the table after the final time. I will never go to this place again!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!
I always like to start off with something nice so I just want to say that the lady who does the Velashape is a very nice woman BUT she has no idea what she is doing. Velashape requires proper training which this lady does not have. This spa either does not want to invest in getting it for her or she thinks she does not need it. All Velsashape spas are equipped with a skin thermometer to regualte the temperature of the skin to get the proper results. She does not have this nor did she know anything about it. She burned my skin because the unit would get so hot, I actually got a blister. She kept telling me that she had to heat up the skin to get the results, but if you have no skin thermometer how do you know if you are heating up the skin within healthy ranges??? I only know that this procedure is not being done properly because I have had Velashape done on various areas by at least 3 other spas and they all do it this way, by slowly heating up the skin and regulating the temperature with a skin thermometer. I really think this doctor needs to make the investment in this very nice woman and get her the proper training so that he does not have to deal with injured clients and gets return clients.
