Great first experience here, with two different students. They were unable to color and cut within my time frame so I went back later for my cut and style, no problem at all. The teachers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to Paul Mitchell the School in Sterling Heights, MI for almost 15 years! They have provided me with awesome service, beautiful hair and helpful advice:). My Salon tech was very nice and proficient. The Supervisor checked with me and her regularly. Everyone was professional and i loved my hair. I have an appointment to go back next week.

Recently got balayage done at the salon and loved it! Team was very professional and worked quickly to get the perfect color. Got a light trim and a wash also. I have long thick hair and it usually takes students a really long time but this time I was in and out in under 4.5hrs 🙌🏼 will return!

I have always had wonderful experiences at The Paul Mitchell School. Sara 61 did my hair this last time and I have gotten so many compliments. The instructors treat you like family. Always a great outcome!

Service was good. But they charged me almost another $100 for stuff they said I needed. For that price I could’ve went anywhere

I'm not happy with how the highlights turned out. They didn't touch the new growth so they started about 1.5-2 inches from the root. The haircut itself came out nice.
