Bring extra underwear and sports bra with you because you will not be able to wear the ones you are wrapped in because they will be soaked afterwards.

They were very welcoming and friendly. I had a very relaxing experience. Although, as it turns out you have to go about 20 times in order to see any difference but they offer wonderful packages that are really worth your while!
