Nope, the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Unprofessional staff was not able to answer any of my questions about the wrap. Also wanted me to pay extra for a spray that the instructions clearly state that you need. Felt a little ripped off. Unpleasant experience.

It was aweful. There is no prefessional present to assist just a room with the equipment that you "should know how to use." You have to wrap yourself up and manage the temperature at the same time. The wrap smelled. I was dripping in sweat afterwards and had nowhere to shower or throw away the plastic bodysuit. Because of this, of course the floor became all wet. Just a horrible experience. I will not follow up with two aditional sessions so I wasted me money.
