I was given a very bad first impression on my first visit. The staff was laughing very loud and carrying on for quite some time, while I sat in a "room" waiting. Then when"Doctor Jillian" finally came in she never apologized for their behavior, but rather laughed along with them for a minute before addressing me. Needless to say that and my feeling a lack of confidence in "the Doctor" made my decision to not return for anything but my pre-paid massages. Which I very much enjoyed and feel that Jennifer was the most knowledgable and professional person I had encountered there. Sorry.
