Silverado is wonderful! I'm extremely happy with my stylist. Loved the paraffin wax and relaxing massage, too.

I'm going to give them a call and I'm sure they will try to make things better. I was thrilled to get an appointment for the same day I called. Extremely nice, accommodating staff. The problem is that there is absolutely no difference in Mom's hair, despite her having a (full-price, of course) perm on the same visit as the haircut. They trimmed her hair a bit, but not enough for anyone to even notice. Most importantly, the perm didn't take at all. That said, I'm hopeful that they will work with us and make things right.
