What phenomenal gym to be apart of. The coaching staff and its clientele are extremely kind and welcoming. Ben and Josh are some extremely well rounded coaches. Very knowledgeable about what they teach, very encouraging throughout workouts, and all around great people. I look forward to dropping in in the future. Time well spent. On a side note, CrossFit Strongsville has just gotten a new facility, and it is very nice.

After a few classes I’m hooked! It’s a great environment where the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the other people I’ve met in classes are friendly and helpful too. Location is convenient and clean. I’ll definitely continue to go!

Everyone I've met at CrossFit Strongsville has been wonderfully nice the coaches make sure you are performing the exercises correctly and help with proper form. The classes are challenging, but the group will help you through! And as for healthiest you chiropractic.... I think they are the best! Dr. Max is wonderful to work with.

The workouts are scaled to any ability level and the coaches are extremely knowledgable and helpful with doing so. The people are very encouraging and supportive. They challenge you to do your best every time you workout. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
