Kelly and Danny Brown, the founders of On A Mission Nutrition, know what it takes to create healthier patterns for entire households because they’ve been through it. After bringing about positive changes for their own family, the two graduates of New York’s Institute of Integrative Nutrition are trained in personal fitness and have been helping clients do the same by setting realistic goals and learning about food preparation. In doing so, they eschew fad diets and unrealistic restrictions and instead encourage families and individuals to adopt habits that can keep them healthy throughout their lives.
