I had a 5 session package & went to my 1st session prior to expiration date. They should allow you to use remaining past the expiration date as long as you start before expiration date. The lady is very nice and does a good job.

wait time too long. don't honor the appointments that they make. horrible job on eyebrow threading. the woman rushed through threading my eyebrows in order to take another customer.

Horrible dont go theere, she doesnt have any experience waxing! She left wax all over my bikini area, ruining my panties and causing alot of pain! She was also very rude about it and wouldnt wax my underarms either 'cuz there wasnt enough hair but there was! Dont bother its horrible!

I had a terrible experience at this place. I have been getting Brazilian waxing for 2 years and this was by far the worst!
