thank you for the awsome hair cut!! but there was no glass of wine...

I redeemed my Keratin treatment, but it damaged my hair terribly. My hair is rough, dry, and falling out! My regular stylist called to see what product they use, and she told me that it isn't real keratin and I am lucky to not be bald at this point. I've spent more than 200.00 since then trying to repair my hair, but it isn't working.
