Very unorganized didn't even have my appointment in the schedule. Cheap products and bedding, decor, feeling. Not like a spa treatment. I won't be back. Women walked out saying she's rescheduled four times and the staff just said delete her out

Upon arrival a note was taped to the door saying to wait till they were done with a client, the door was locked and I had an appointment. Then once inside the facial for 2, the hydrating mask, the 20 minute massage and complimentary drinks never happened. The two of us were to be in 1 room and worked on by 1 person and that would take 1 hour she said. When I asked if we came separately how long would the service be she said 1 hour each together you get less time. The chairs were dirty, not like a spa should be, as was the navy sheets with bleach spots or the cigarette smelling top I was to put on. No drinks, no massage and two very unhappy people.

The people were nice but the place is very dingy, the linens looked like they were someone's personal linens, not professional. I felt like it was a joint in the backwoods.
