I have been here twice before with great experience. This one was awful. I was not relaxed and was counting down the time for the facial to be over. It was the worst face treatment I've ever had. The person applying the product barely even touched my skin. The products were dabbed on and wiped away. No scrub, no real rinse, no steam, nothing I have experienced with the many facials I have had previously. I was extremely disappointed. I even took a friend there that is new to facials because I had had good treatments in the past. I wasn't even offered a cup of water post treatment. I will never go back. So unfortunate.

Everyone was very friendly that I encountered, but I was not so impressed with my facial. I wasn't informed of any of the products or even the type of facial treatment I recieved. I have troublesome/sensitive skin, and what ever was used has made my skin very oily! The treatment has made my skin worse :(
