They missed or cancelled my first two appointments (one because of rain?), my carpets are indoors! However when they did show up they did a great job, in a short amount of time. The carpets look great.

technitian came 1 hour earlier than the appointment time and I had to leave work early to come home. Besides this, they did a good job!
