Honestly? I arrived and waited for an entire hour with no offer of water, no notice from reception staff. But Jackie took extra time on my hair, and it was a very high quality cut, so I'd go back any day (Just not a Saturday).

She didn't style my hair at all ... The haircut makes my hair look like a broom ... I asked her to not shampoo and condition my hair cause I did that
At home thinking she would spend more time on styling
