The instructors are awesome, classes are designed for new-comers and the experienced. I absolutely love it, I've learn something new every class so far. Classes are not over-packed, another +++.

Very professional staff, high quality classes and an atmosphere of learning rather than strutting. I have been training for 7 years in various grappling and martial arts at multiple locations. I definitely recommend Smash as a high quality option.
