The instructors and classmates are nice. The facility on Lawrence Expressway has a clean bathroom for men and women. Come early to sign in and find a spot in the classroom. Be prepared to sweat a lot, so bring a towel.

I've attended one class at each location (Lawrence and El Camino). I was very pleased with both. The room is heated but not hot enough to be a difficult distraction. The instructors lead medium skill, medium intensity vinyasa classes with options for more advanced poses (e.g. crow). I didn't feel competitiveness from other students or pressure to do harder variations. And people were actually willing to breathe audibly.

I enjoy my classes with Cindy She's a nice instructor who seems to have a great deal of empathy for her students, and brings a lot of intention to her class She also approaches things in plain talk with a straight-forward approach, not with a lot of cosmic mumbo-jumbo, which I like since I'm both a yoga snob, and a lifelong learner
