Very accommodating staff!

I was hesitant at first, because it's a little back-room spa. It seemed a touch sketchy, but after meeting some of the people working there, my worries are gone. Nice, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks! :)

I have had many facials over the years. I have been to Spa Utopia, Vida, Absolute Spa etc. This was the most relaxing facial ever. The massage component was the best. The facial was 90 minutes. Can hardly wait to go back.

The lady spent 1/2 the time talking on the phone. I was very disappointed with the service.

 The technician should have performed the patch test on the side of my neck where I want the laser to be done and not on my face where I did not want laser done. I ended up getting burned there because the area she tested has blonde peach fuzz like hair. This form of laser responds best to dark hair like my neck hair. I got badly burnt. Why did she choose the face, if anything goes wrong, it's the most visible area of the body? 

I would recommend not using the same cloth on the face once used on the feet... Hiegene issues would prevent me from revisiting this salon.
