ITS A MICKEY MOUSE SYSTEM. SHE HAS A BEAUTIFUL PEDICURE CHAIR BUT SHE FILLS THE WATER WITH A PLASTIC BUCKET AND THATS WHAT YOU PUT YOUR FEET IN. HER TOOLS SHE USES ARE OLD AND RUSTY LOOKING. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HASN'T BEEN THERE YET. JUST TALKING TO HER IT SOUNDS LIKE SHE JUST WAITING FOR HER LEASE TO BE UP IN THE FALL. BUT IN THE MEANTIME SHE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH HER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ZEN MED SPA. RIP OFF.

My Granddaughter and I both use our coupon.. For my granddaughter is was just OK after a few days the nail polish came off, as she always goes for a manucure I thought this would be nice for Christmas,for myself this was my first manicure, same thing polish was off within a few days. sorry to say I would not recommend this Company to any of my friends..

There was a limited selection of polish and after three hours of drying my pedicured still wasn't set even in this heat.
