It was a good experience. The actual yoga room was spacious and felt clean, and bright and quiet and respectful. The girl at the front desk was oddly fake and a little rude thinly veiled with a fake cheerfulness which was off putting. Not a yoga like calmness or kindness felt from her and she was our first person we spoke with so my first impression was this was a snobby place. But once inside the instructor greeted us and showed us around and she was sincere and great. My first impression was that the yoga culture here is not as important and that is fine, but I appreciate the yoga all is welcome and the kind acceptance better that I have felt at other places.

I am very pleased with receptionist Renate's recommendation for me to start with Yin yoga. I also like the yoga teacher.
