My first Barre class, and I loved it! It was challenging in a good way. There were modifications given for beginners with a focus on performing the movements correctly to avoid injury. I would highly recommend.

Wraps fell off as I walked to my car The woman who did the wrap was very nice, but she had never wrapped thighs before! This is a common problem area for women! I thought a professional would have at least practiced different areas of body before charging customers for such a service Won't go back even though I paid for 3, not worth my time or gas
