They were very nice until I tried to schedule my last appointment. I am about to move out of state and I was about to be on antibiotics, so I needed to move my appointment up a couple of days. They tried to talk me out of changing my time because it would cut my weeks short between treatments. I told them that I understood that but I still had to have it done this perticular day before my surgery. I practically had to yell at her to make my appointment. But! I am hairless in my treatment area and I am very happy with it.

It's fast, easy and convenient. I just don't like them always trying to talk you into buying more packages.

No waxing before you go, only shaving.

Plan to do appointments around 6 weeks apart.. which means: start in the fall or winter.

I love this place! Everyone was friendly, helpful and seasoned. They don't act like sales people just wanting you to buy additional services. They seem really interested in helping you achieve the results you are looking for, which made me want to purchased additional services.
